During the project, you’ll have full support from us to arrange interviews with each candidate, take feedback at regular intervals, and ensure each party is fully informed at every stage..
The service fee is a percent of the candidate's first year's base compensation.
1st payment - half of the fee - upon signed agreement
2nd payment - once shortlist is presented
3rd and final payment - once candidate is hired
